Incorporated in 2006, MES was formed by ex Regional Electricity Company employees.

Having spent a combined period of 49 years in the industry the two company directors established the business in Redditch Worcestershire which they felt geographically provided an ideal central location for motorway access in order to service the needs of national clients.

MES Electrical expanded into larger premises in February 2009 and the business has grown significantly since and now sees itself supporting the following type of clients:
